WildHearts Office is proud to be a strategic supplier of the Buy Social Corporate Challenge, the world’s largest commitment to social procurement. The Buy Social Corporate Challenge was set up in 2016 by SEUK, to bring together a collective of high-profile businesses to help them reach their social procurement ambitions. Since the Challenge began, £31.9 million has been reinvested in social or environmental causes. At WildHearts Office, we work closely with SEUK, helping to embed social value into supply chains, and drive social value at scale.
SEUK have recently released the Buy Social Corporate Challenge year 7 report, which highlights the progress and impact made by the Challenge in the past year and the programme’s lifetime. We are delighted to see the progress the report highlights, notably that corporate partners have spent over £99 million with social enterprises in the last year alone, and £355 million since the Challenge began in 2016. Creating social value through procurement is a growing trend across the world, and we’re proud to be leading the way through our work with SEUK and Buy Social Corporate Challenge Partners.
