WildHearts Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week

This week we are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, an annual celebration of the transformative power of apprenticeships in developing essential skills, fostering talent and elevating individuals into successful careers. At WildHearts, our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) is dedicated to inspiring the responsible business leaders of the future. This week, we are excited  to celebrate the success of our apprentice’s journeys so far.

The theme of this year’s National Apprenticeship Week is ‘Skills For Life.’  Our CMDA has been created in collaboration with Nestlé and Coventry University, uniquely designed to equip apprentices with the skills and knowledge they require to excel in a vast range of management roles.

Not only does our CMDA enable apprentices to invest in essential skills, but apprentices are given unique access to networks and insights to help them thrive. Featuring guest lectures from leading global brands such as Nestlé, Siemens, Veolia, Linklaters and Zurich, the WildHearts CMDA has been created to ensure it aligns with the evolving demands of a fast-paced business landscape.

Following two successful pilot years with Nestlé, WildHearts are opening their CMDA programme intake to mixed cohorts from September 2024. This will enable apprentices from other organisations to take advantage of this exciting opportunity. If your business could benefit from working with a new innovative, CMDA provider or are looking to start offering the CMDA standard to your people, then please reach out to a member of the WildHearts team to discuss further.

Over the next week, we will be sharing a range of content on our socials about the WildHearts CMDA, which includes a breakdown of the key elements in the programme, and hearing testimonials from current apprentices. Be sure to follow us on LinkedIn to stay up to date with what’s going on.
