Josh Bayliss is CEO of the Virgin Group. Josh studied Law at the University of Auckland in New Zealand before moving to London in 1999 to take a position at leading international law firm, Slaughter and May. In 2005 Josh joined Virgin where he served as the Group’s General Counsel before taking on the role of CEO in 2011. He has extensive experience as a director across the Virgin Group globally in sectors ranging from aviation & travel, health & wellness, media, financial services and renewable energy. During his tenure as CEO the Group has not only extended its branded investments into the Hotels and Cruise industries but also its non-branded investment portfolio into technology and space-related businesses.
